FULLY Hair Building Fiber is a slimmer, longer, lighter micro-fiber which is treatment by anti-static agent to make every hair fiber carry a negative electrical charge and then better adhesion to positively charged hair. So it can make your hair look fuller and thicker. Change your looks and regain confidence just in seconds.
How to Use?
1) Keep your hair dry before use and comb it well.
2) Open the cap, remove the sifter sticker, place the bottle 45 degrees upside down to the thinning hair area, shake gently, and let the fiber evenly spread on the thinning hair until the scalp is not visible.
3) Tap the hair to let fiber fully contact with each hair, making the thinning hair look fuller.
4) Cover the bottle after use and store it in a dry place for next use.
